The multi disciplinary team is committed to the development of every student in their care. The role: Conduct initial mental health screenings and diagnostic evaluations Deliver counselling, targeted interventions, and case coordination Administer psychological assessments and report writing Design tailored support plans, incorporating risk assessments and safety strategies Respond effectively to crisis situations with appropriate interventions Contribute to the facilitation and delivery of wellbeing and support programs Maintain collaborative communication with families, staff, and external service providers You: You will be passionate about working with young people in a mental health context. Ideally you will have experience working with adolescents in an education setting, though all experience with this population will be considered. You will be approachable, solutions focused and dedicated to supporting best outcomes for your students.
